Re-Sync Mailbox

Exit from Outlook

Go to the Start Menu, then Control Panel, then to Mail (32 bit)

Click the Email Account button.

In the main window, select your email account and click ‘Change’

Click the maintenance tab, then Click Empty.

Accept the warning (ensure Outlook IS closed)

Close all the windows

Restart Outlook

This will then re-sync ALL of your mail from the server.  

This can take a while depending on your internet speed.
